SIM cards are valid for a period of 180 days. This period will be updated with each top-up or addition of credit to your account (excluding data-only plans)

Norfone has a 30-day service period from the date of sign-up. If you have an automatic recharge set up, your service will be renewed on the date that you commenced your service.

*Australian Destinations include calls and SMS to Australian number destinations, including to WiFi calling services such as Telstra WiFi Calling, which are classified as Australian destinations.
